What a fantastical weekend, I must say! Three days of schoolfreeness. Friday night, Amber, Jenny and I decided to go study at starbucks (like the sophisticated college girls that we are) for about two hours. So we left at 5ish only to then run all around downtown and buy stuff that we don't really need, and eat at Moe's till it closed, and then go see 'In Good Company' at the theatre. Which was hysterical, probably because everyone in the audience was from school, and laughed so incredibly hard at anything that was even remotely funny. So needless to say the 2 hour trip turned into a seven hour outing. After which we talked to Kelly in her room till 3 in the morning.
Waking up the next day well into the morning, we waited till evening to run errands. Once we were in the Drugstore, somehow Amber and I talked ourselves and each other into dyeing our hair, much to the amusement of the other customers, for we were yelling in the store. So later on we joined Annette and Ruthie in going to Panda express, where I met my husband supposedly, those guys in the food service industry, oh my. Then we all bought our hair dye and returned to partake in the lovely events seen below in the montage.
Sunday church was dandy, and Kelly and I signed up to sleep, well stay up all night in the homeless shelter during a weekend, so that will be interesting. Brunch was lovely and I met my second husband, Brad, our storytelling waiter, who told us about 'good stuff'. So I guess I am fated to one of the proverbial busboys or waiters in the food service industry. How exciting. Celebration was wonderful and I discovered the aroma of a kiss. After Celebration, some of us decided to hike up to the "P". Strenuousness. That was so fun, and then Kelly decided we needed to talk about something memorable, like where we saw ourselves in five years, which was pretty much still here, hahah. We decided when we would all get married, after quoting Monty Python and several other flicks, and then laughed about the pretty lights we could see from the Men's Colony on the next hill. We left the couple to themselves on the P and started descending the steep hill, all the while falling down and running into things since we had no flashlights. How do you get lost going down a hill? I do not know, but we are pretty good at it. Today was holiday so it called for a picnic and dancing.
